General Return & Exchange Policy
Timeframe: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.
Condition: Items must be in brand-new condition and include all original product packaging.
Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless specified otherwise below.

Private Label & Special Orders
⚠️ Strict No-Refund Policy: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any private label or special custom orders imported from overseas.
Finalized Production: Because production artwork is approved by the customer at the time the order is placed, changes of mind cannot be accommodated once production begins.
Manufacturing Faults: If a major manufacturing quality defect is found, we will replace the item to match your original requirements.
Terms: All pricing, turnaround times, logo setup fees, and label surcharges are locked in and finalized at the time of order placement.
Sample Policy
We do not offer free samples to new customers. However, we provide a risk-free sample process:
Evaluating Quality: New customers can purchase samples. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange the samples within 30 days. For sample returns, the 5% restocking fee is waived, and your shipping charges will be refunded.
Bulk Order Rebate: If you purchase samples and subsequently place a bulk order, we will credit the cost of the samples plus your original shipping charges back to your bulk order invoice.
Promotions & Discounts
Validity: All promotional codes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Promotional codes are generally sent via email and are valid for one-time use unless re-authorized by a sales representative.
Exclusions: We do not offer retroactive discounts on previous purchases.
Combining Offers: Discounts cannot be combined or stacked. Online discounts are strictly valid for online web customers.

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer (and not Woldorf Wholesale) to ascertain, understand, and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and use of any items purchased from our catalog (including self-defense items, weapons, swords, and security devices).
Before placing an order, please consult your local laws or your State Attorney General’s office if you are in doubt. By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are of legal age to purchase these products and that the items will be used only in a lawful manner.
